During the IMSA Alumni Association Annual Meeting, the membership is to elect Directors to serve a 2-year term on the Board. In odd-numbered years, odd-numbered director seats become available. This year, the these available seats would serve for the August 1, 2027-July 31, 2029 term. Elected incumbent Directors retain their seats, with remaining elected Directors to be sorted by votes received and alphabetically, then seats to remaining available seats in numerical order.

XIII. Granting of Honorary Membership
Article III, Section 8(c):
The Corporation may confer Honorary Membership upon any individual by a majority vote of the Members present and voting at an Annual Meeting, as defined in Section 18. Such individuals shall be considered Honorary Members of the Corporation.
Article III, Section 9(c):
Honorary Members shall be entitled to participate in the activities and affairs of the Corporation and shall enjoy such other privileges of membership as may be provided by the Corporation; however, Honorary Members shall not have the right to vote, be appointed an Officer of the Corporation, or serve on the Board of Directors.
The following have been nominated by the IMSA Alumni Cabinet for granting of Honorary Membership in the Association, each listed with years of service to IMSA:

The date of the next IMSA Alumni Association Annual Meeting has not yet been determined but will take place during Summer 2028. Additionally, the date of Reunion Weekend in 2028 is also undecided, but is anticipated to fall on July 15, 2028. Milestone reunions for the classes of 1993 (35 years), 1998 (30 years), 2003 (25 years), 2008 (20 years), 2013 (15 years), 2018 (10 years), and 2023 (5 years) are expected to take place.
